Simple set up
- Install the Compress 5800i, plug in the Connect-Key K30 to the indoor unit or pre-plumbed cylinder.
- Ask your customer to download the Bosch HomeCom Easy app from their app store.
- Your customer will need to create an account in the app and connect the Connect-Key-K30 to their wi-fi.
- Follow app to ‘Configuration’, select ‘Installer Access’ and you will be taken to the HomeCom Gateway Management Portal. Under ‘Customer Support’ select ‘Share my data with customer support’. Next, tick ‘Authorise customer support’, finally select ‘Remote maintenance’.
Monitoring
Monitoring available for our CS5800i heat pump only. Monitoring may cease automatically after 12 months. No disconnection required.
