a. A Boiler may never run on hydrogen because hydrogen may not be introduced to the gas grid.

b. If hydrogen is blended into the gas grid, it would likely only be available on a localised and limited basis.

c. Most, if not all, Boilers, including those currently operating in Consumers’ homes, have the capability to operate with a Hydrogen Blend and that this has been the case for more than 25 years.

d. Any Boiler bought today can only operate on a blend of hydrogen up to 20% and would be unable to accommodate any higher percentage of hydrogen.

e. That any party which itself engages in commercial practices of the kinds described in the Undertakings is liable to commit infringements of the CPRs.
