Daniel Swift, of WS Swift Services Ltd in Wiltshire was challenged by his customer to replace a C-rated, conventionally flued condensing boiler, which was located under the stairs at the large residential property in Wiltshire. Daniel provided a solution that would take the product away from the house altogether, which resulted in the installation of two 25/18 Greenstar Camray boilers, fitted in an outbuilding in the grounds of the property. By splitting the system into six zones and utilising a lead/lag arrangement, he was able to significantly improve the heating efficiency of his customer’s home.
