Greenskies solar thermal heating installation winner
John Battams, of Eco Gas London, was contacted by the management of a 60-bed nursing home on the outskirts of East London, who were keen to replace their under-performing boilers with solar technology.
John recommended a new heating and hot water system with the help of Worcester’s system design department. John installed six Greenskies high efficiency FKT solar thermal collectors, three 300l Greenstore twin coil cylinders and two 65kW Greenstar GB162 boilers. Thanks to careful planning, John was able to avoid any disruption and left behind some very happy customers.
