Horsham based developer, Ray Foster converted five previously redundant units, including a barn and connected granary, into five two and three bedroom properties at a development in Surrey. In developing the new properties, Ray installed a Greensource air to water heat pump at each to offer purchasers a reliable source of low cost energy.
Having included the heat pumps within the original plans for the development, Ray was granted planning permission and, post installation, each property now has an air to water heat pump as its sole source of heating and hot water.
