The builder of a six bedroom residential property in Rutland, Leicestershire entrusted the specification of the property’s heating system to K Lewington Heating & Gas Specialists Ltd.

The system comprises a Worcester, Bosch Group 11 kW system Groundsource Heat Pump which works in tandem with two 300 litre Greenstore cylinders, and an 11kW combi Ground Source heat pump – one heat pump for the ground floor and one for the first floor. As it was a new build, access to the ground area to place the heat pumps was not an issue and the building team was able to ensure the house was adequately.
